The Department of Revenue (DOR) appeals a final judgment granting declaratory and injunctive relief to Anheuser-Busch, Inc. (ABI) and its subsidiaries, and Anheuser-Busch Co. (ABC) and its subsidiaries regarding a proposed corporate income tax assessment for the tax years 1977-1981. We reverse.
