JACKSON, Judge:

Larry Ray Reeves ("Reeves") appeals from an adverse summary judgment in favor of all respondents. He contends the trial court abused its discretion by denying him additional discovery time in which to obtain affidavits opposing those filed in support of respondents' motions.
