I. INTRODUCTION

Marcus Stephen Lego (Lego) was convicted of two counts of possession of a firearm by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. App. § 1202(a)(1).1 He argues that evidence of a third possession of firearms was admitted in violation of his Fourth Amendment rights and Fed.R.Evid. 404(b). Finding his appeal to be without merit, we affirm.
