This is a motion by defendant L.F. Rothschild Inc. ("Rothschild" or "movant") for an order dismissing the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6). The complaint contains seven separate counts, each count attempting to state a separate claim.
