Indicted for second degree murder, the defendant Mrs. Dorothy Bagwell was tried by jury and found guilty of manslaughter. She was sentenced to prison for 12 years. The defendant appealed, reserving five assignments of error. Finding reversible error in two of those assignments, we pretermit consideration of the other assignments.
