Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

PARR, Judge:

Respondent determined the following deficiencies in petitioners' joint Federal income tax for 1976 and 1977 taxable years in the amounts of $20,194.92 and $91,253.52, respectively. The deficiencies stem from adjustments to the income and deductions of a general partnership in which petitioner William F. Snyder1 ("petitioner") was a general partner.
