Dorothy Galligher appeals an order modifying the amount of permanent alimony provided by a final judgment of dissolution which had been based upon a settlement agreement. We reverse.
The parties were divorced in 1981, the terms of the final judgment predicated upon an agreement which provided that the husband would pay the wife all of his U.S. Navy retirement check and his Veteran's Administration check, $180 to be considered child support...
