STATE v. JOHNSON

No. 4-86-0688.

540 So.2d 842 (1988)

STATE of Florida, Petitioner, v. Todd JOHNSON, Respondent.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, Fourth District.

December 21, 1988.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Eddie J. Bell, Asst. Atty. Gen., West Palm Beach, for petitioner.

Richard L. Jorandby, Public Defender, and Anthony Calvello, Asst. Public Defender, West Palm Beach, for respondent.

PER CURIAM.

We deny the petition for certiorari.

This case has a long procedural past. Petitioner first filed a petition for writ of certiorari in March of 1986. At issue was an order by the trial court, denying petitioner's motion to strike an assistant state attorney's name from the defendant's witness list. The petition resulted in a per curiam opinion by a panel of this court, in State v. Johnson, 490 So.2d 1076
