OPINION

JUNELL, Justice.

Appellant plead not guilty to the offense of murder. The jury found appellant guilty and assessed his punishment, enhanced by two prior felony convictions, at ninety-nine years in the Texas Department of Corrections.

Fourteen points of error are presented in the brief filed by appellant's attorney. Appellant also filed a pro se appellate brief. Since there is no right to hybrid representation in Texas, this court is not required...
