This is a suit on a contract. Appellant, Victoria Air Conditioning, Inc. (VAC), submitted a bid to Lebco Constructors, Inc. (Lebco) for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning work on a construction project in Austin, Texas. Lebco used VAC's bid, which was the lowest bid for the work, in its general bid.
