Appellant, Donna Marie Hellman, appeals from a summary judgment in a medical malpractice case concerning an erroneous pathology report. Appellees, Dr. Luis E. Mateo, a pathologist, and Memorial Care Systems, each filed a motion for summary judgment alleging that appellant's cause of action was barred by the applicable statute of limitations as a matter of law, referring to Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann. art. 4590i, sec. 10.01 (Vernon 1987)...
