Appellant Michael Dewayne Stearnes, denied bail after being indicted for the capital offense of intentionally and knowingly murdering Napoleon Ellison, Quinnie Smith, and Vivian Webb during the same criminal transaction, applied for a writ of habeas corpus to be admitted to reasonable bail.
