Emigdio Angulo appeals from his convictions for conspiring to distribute cocaine, 21 U.S.C. § 846, and for aiding and abetting another in the distribution of cocaine, 18 U.S.C. § 2, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). He contends (1) that the trial court erred in commenting during the defense's closing argument that a defense witness' stipulated testimony could not be presented to the jury as evidentiary fact; (2) that the evidence was insufficient...
