Jeffrey St. Hilaire appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court, Oxford County, entered on a jury verdict finding St. Hilaire guilty of operating a motor vehicle while an habitual offender, 29 M.R.S.A. § 2298 (Supp.1987) (Class C).1 St. Hilaire challenges the court's exclusion of evidence and claims the indictment is void.
