Plaintiff brought this action seeking strict foreclosure of a land sale contract. The trial court granted plaintiff's motion for summary judgment and entered a judgment of strict foreclosure and gave plaintiff a money judgment. We have considered the issues raised by defendant on appeal, reject them without discussion and affirm the judgment in favor of plaintiff.
