Defendant appeals from his conviction for escape in the second degree. ORS 162.155. We affirm.

Defendant was originally convicted of burglary in the first degree and sentenced to the custody of the Oregon State Corrections Division; he was confined in the Multnomah County Correctional Facility (MCCF).
