OPINION

FULLER, Justice.

This is an appeal from the granting of a motion to transfer venue and the thereafter granting of a summary judgment in favor of Appellees, Clayton W. Williams, Jr. (Williams) and ClayDesta Communications, Inc. (ClayDesta). We reverse the order of the 131st District Court of Bexar County that transferred venue to Midland County, and we necessarily therefore reverse the summary judgment thereafter granted by the 142nd District Court...
