This petition for review arises from a worker's compensation claim filed by the petitioner, Wayne P. Whitmore (Whitmore), against his employer, AFIA Worldwide Insurance Company. Compensation was denied by the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) after he conducted a formal hearing. The petitioner then appealed the ALJ's decision to the Benefits Review Board (BRB) of the United States...
