ALLEN, Chief Justice.

Defendant appeals the granting of visitation privileges with her daughter, Cassandra, to plaintiff, who claims to be the child's father. She also appeals the lower court's denial of her motion to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. We agree that the superior court lacked jurisdiction to order visitation and remand with instructions for the superior court to dismiss the petition.
