This is an appeal from a summary judgment on a claim for fraud. The plaintiff, S.A. Hodges, sued Catherine Parker Pittman, claiming breach of contract. Subsequently, Hodges amended his complaint to include a claim for fraud. Mrs. Pittman moved for summary judgment, which was denied as to the breach of contract claim, but which was granted as to the fraud claim.
