Appellant Mampe sued Ayerst Laboratories ("Ayerst"), a division of American Home Products Corporation, for injuries allegedly arising from her use of Antabuse, a prescription drug administered to her as part of her therapy for alcohol abuse. Mrs. Mampe claimed that Ayerst had marketed the drug with inadequate warnings which misrepresented the severity of its possible adverse effects. The trial court granted Ayerst's motion for summary judgment...
