GIBSON, Justice.

Plaintiff appeals an order by the Windham Superior Court declaring that title to a disputed parcel of property is to continue in defendants and that plaintiff is entitled to the return of his tax sale purchase price of the property, together with all taxes paid on the property by plaintiff plus interest. We affirm.
