OPINION

SHORT, Judge.

Appellant Stratford Leasing Company appeals from the trial court's order denying its motion to dismiss respondent's claim for lack of personal jurisdiction. We granted discretionary review and find no personal jurisdiction over appellant in this state. We reverse.
