MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ASPEN, District Judge:

On October 1, 1986 after a bench trial, this Court found defendant Robert Patterson guilty on eight counts of mail fraud for his participation in scheme to misappropriate premiums from the Kenilworth Insurance Company ("Kenilworth").
