DAVIDSON, Judge:

Petitioner Helen Denison appeals from an order of summary judgment which denied a motion to set aside her grandson's adoption and also denied her motion for continuance to permit discovery.

Petitioner is the natural grandmother of the child at issue who was born on August 10, 1977. Approximately six years after the child's birth, the parental rights of the natural parents were terminated by order of the Second District Juvenile...
