COULSON, Judge.

Appellant, Lawrence L. Ayres, raises five points for reversal of a decision by the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission. We agree that the Commission erred in denying appellant compensation for a hernia he suffered while employed by appellee Historic Preservation Associates, and we accordingly reverse the order and remand the matter to the Commission for further proceedings not inconsistent with this opinion.
