Plaintiffs, retirees of defendant Grand Trunk Western Railroad Company (Grand Trunk), claim defendant violated the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), as amended, 29 U.S.C. 1001-1461, and Michigan law of contract by reducing health insurance benefits.
