This matter is before the court on defendant I. Robert Lichtenstein's motion to dismiss claims against him under Fed.R.Civ.P. 12. The motion is based on lack of subject matter jurisdiction, Rule 12(b)(1), lack of personal jurisdiction, Rule 12(b)(2), and improper venue, Rule 12(b)(3).
