Defendant-appellant, Lawrence Espinosa, appeals his conviction on June 10, 1987, by a jury sitting in the second judicial district, of the following crimes: (1) kidnapping, with firearm enhancement; (2) false imprisonment, with firearm enhancement; (3) attempted armed robbery; and (4) felony murder.
