Wilkins Dodge, Inc. (Wilkins), a new car and truck dealership, appeals a trial court decision rejecting its challenge under Minn. Stat. § 80E.14 (Supp.1987), to Chrysler Corporation's proposed relocation of another dealership from Minneapolis to Roseville.
