GOTHARD, Judge.

Appellant, Department of Health and Human Resources (DHHR), appeals a judgment of the Juvenile Court granting to the attorney for the minor child a motion to set aside the natural parents' notarial act surrendering the 29 month old child to his paternal grandparents. We affirm.
