The appellant, Palomita, Inc., was the defendant in an action by appellee, Miriam C. Medley, independent executrix of the estate of Maurice W. Medley, for an amount owed to Maurice W. Medley for work done on premises owned by appellant. After a trial to the court, judgment was entered for appellee, in addition to imposition and foreclosure of constitutional and statutory mechanic's liens...
