Willwerscheid appeals from the judgment holding him jointly and severally liable on a guaranty and from the denial of his motion for amended findings of fact, conclusions of law and order for judgment. Five of the six shareholders of the St. Clair Racquetball Club, Inc. (St. Clair), including Willwerscheid, executed guaranty contracts in favor of the First Grand Avenue State Bank of St. Paul to obtain a first mortgage loan...
