Defendant Harlan Jacobson appeals from a judgment of conviction entered against him on April 3, 1987. A twelve-member jury found Jacobson guilty of theft of property as a Class C felony under sections 12.1-23-02(2)1 and 12.1-23-05(2)(a), N.D.
