A jury convicted appellant Francisco Rodriguez of aggravated robbery and assessed punishment at 25 years imprisonment. In eight points of error, appellant presents questions regarding evidentiary sufficiency, possible defectiveness of the indictment, adequacy of the jury charge, and the constitutionality of parole jury instructions.
