The appellant, Aubrey Dean Elwood, appeals from denial of post-conviction relief. He contends a condition of his plea of guilty to theft was that his sentence would be served concurrently with any sentence he received on charges pending in Oklahoma. The trial court agreed with that condition but notified Elwood that it had no control over what the Oklahoma court might do.
