OPINION

BUSSEY, Judge:

The appellant, Charles Lee Lougin, was convicted in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CRF-84-3170, of Larceny From the House, Assault With Intent to Commit a Felony, and Burglary in the First Degree, for which he received sentences of one year, one year, and seven years of imprisonment, respectively, to run concurrently.
