This is an application for postconviction writ of habeas corpus brought pursuant to Article 11.07, V.A.C.C.P.

On March 19, 1984, applicant was convicted in cause number 397,826 by a jury of the offense of aggravated sexual assault, which offense had been committed on December 13, 1983.
