DUFRESNE, Judge.

The defendant, Kevin Williams, was found guilty of armed robbery and sentenced to fifty years at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation or suspension of sentence. The State filed a multiple offender bill which the court declined. From this conviction the defendant has appealed and assigned seven assignments of error.
