FORET, Judge.

Defendant, Robert Kohl, was charged by indictment with two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile, in violation of La. R.S. 14:81. A jury of six found defendant guilty as charged, and he was sentenced to serve four years at hard labor on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently. On appeal, eight assignments of error are alleged by defendant:
