Patrick Morrison petitions the court for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S. C. § 2254. Following a jury trial in Supreme Court, Queens County, petitioner was convicted on May 17, 1983 of two counts of second degree murder and one count each of second degree robbery and second degree criminal possession of a weapon.
