The petitioner-appellant, Theodore W. Mikolon, Jr., collaterally attacks his 1983 sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255. Mr. Mikolon is dissatisfied that three of his fellow coconspirators, who received longer sentences of incarceration than he, already have been paroled. Mr. Mikolon remains in prison.
