Robert Hoffman appeals from the district court1 order granting the motion for summary judgment brought by the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation (FSLIC), as receiver for Firstsouth, F.A., and holding Hoffman liable as an accommodation guarantor on a promissory note. We affirm.
