This appeal is from a judgment for legal fees. At trial, the jury awarded the appellee fees for legal services rendered as well as attorney's fees incurred in bringing suit. On appeal, appellant raises the issues of (1) the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence of the amount of attorney's fees, (2) the availability of an award of attorney's fees to a lawyer who represents himself, and (3) the constitutionality of predetermined...
