MEMORANDUM OPINION

ROSENBERG, District Judge.

This matter is now before this court as a sequel to an Order of Court dated October 20, 1987, on the plaintiff's motion for liquidated damages. This court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Sections 451, 1337, 1343 and 1345. This action is authorized pursuant to Sections 16(c) and 17, 29 U.S.C. Sections 216(c) and 217 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, 29 U.S. Section 201 et seq.,
