This is a possession-of-narcotics case. Petitioner Mary Ann Wells was in a trailer when the police, acting on a valid search warrant, found a bag containing 73 Dilaudid capsules. Dilaudid capsules contain hydromorphone hydrochloride, a controlled substance.
