Juan Francisco Valdez appeals his conviction on multiple charges arising out of a scheme to introduce a shipload of marijuana into this country. His appeal revolves around the loss of much of his trial transcript. We reject Valdez' arguments because he neither establishes error nor asserts with particularity how the unavailability of portions of the trial transcript prejudices...
