WOLLMAN, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Wayne Rogers of being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. App. § 1202(a)(1) and of possession of an unregistered firearm in violation of 26 U.S.C. § 5861(d). The district court1 sentenced Rogers to imprisonment for concurrent terms of two years and nine years, respectively. We affirm.
