This appeal follows a one-day trial which resulted in a judgment entered against appellants. Plaintiffs-appellants are former members of the Graphic Communications International Union ["GCIU"]. They worked in the trade for over 30 years and were participants in the GCIU Supplemental Retirement and Disability Fund ["the Fund"] since its inception in 1967. The GCIU Fund is an employee benefit plan governed by the Employee Retirement Income...
