In an appeal from a judgment entered in the landlord-tenant branch of the Superior Court, the landlord in his brief has raised more than twenty objections to the written findings and conclusions of law contained in the memorandum opinion of the trial court accompanying its order. In our view, most of these assignments of error have no merit, but as certain findings appear lacking in evidentiary support, and these in turn led to erroneous conclusions...
